As you step into the main entry, you'll be greeted by three luxurious bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom complete with heated floors. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds, plush linens, and down comforters. The main bedroom features a separate tub and shower configuration and opens up to a deck overlooking the tranquil creek, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. There's also a large walk-in closet to store all your belongings.
Upstairs, you'll find an open living and dining area with large picture windows showcasing stunning mountain views. Snuggle up in the cozy living room next to the warm fireplace or gather around the dining table that seats up to 8 people. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including small appliances like a toaster oven, electric tea kettle, Insta Pot, slow cooker, blender, Moulinex food processor, and even an espresso maker.
Off the kitchen, you'll find an oversized family room with its own bathroom and shower, plenty of comfortable seating, and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. The room also has a large TV and a walk-in closet for extra storage. There's even a powder room for guests to use in the hallway.
The property is within walking distance to the Wood River YMCA that offers day use pass with a fee to work out, swim etc. Only block away from the paved bike path, ride 20 plus miles and breathe in the beauty around you.
