Welcome to your home base at The Timbers—an elevated, three-level townhome tucked right into downtown Ketchum. Whether you're here for powder days, summer trails, or long dinners that turn into late nights, this space is designed to keep everything within reach while giving you room to actually relax.
As a corner unit, the home feels open and private at the same time. You can enter through underground parking (one dedicated space) or arrive street-side and walk straight into town life.
Upstairs, the main living level opens up into a space that feels like vacation right away—clean, comfortable, and intentionally designed. Vaulted ceilings stretch above a tall stone fireplace, anchoring the living room with warmth and scale. It's the kind of place where mornings start slow with coffee on the couch and evenings wind down with a fire and a movie on the smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything from quick breakfasts before skiing to full dinners at home. A large island keeps everyone connected, while the dining table seats eight comfortably. Just outside, the covered patio extends the space with seating for six, a BBQ grill, and views of Bald Mountain that make it hard to head back inside.
This level also offers flexibility for your group. A twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo) is perfect for kids or friends, while the dedicated office can easily convert into a fourth sleeping space with a pull-out sofa. It's fully set up with a desk, monitor, and chair—ideal if work needs to come with you, even just for a morning.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms that feel private and well-appointed. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite with dual shower heads and a soaking tub—an easy reset after a full day outside. For skiing, you're just 5 minutes from River Run Lodge at Sun Valley Resort, or about a 15-minute walk if you prefer to skip the car. In the summer, trails, biking routes, and the Big Wood River are all just minutes away.
