The living room features a large Smart TV and comfortable seating, while the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full vacation meals. A dining table for four and additional seating at the island create plenty of space to connect.

One of the home's hidden gems is the private outdoor deck. Start your morning with coffee, fire up the BBQ after a day on the lake, or enjoy an evening drink at the outdoor bar seating while the neighborhood settles into a quiet mountain evening.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedroom suites, each with its own attached bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second suite offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level as well.

One of our favorite features is the location. Downtown McCall and Lake Street are about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to leave the car behind. Just outside the complex, you'll find a walking and biking trail that connects you to town and beyond, along with a public disc golf course only a few blocks away.
